    Abstract

Due to the development of the medical field, the secondary utilization of medical information is increasing. Because a large amount of medical information contains a large amount of personal information, you must always protect it by adding noise in a variety of ways, such as protecting your differential privacy. Accordingly, we have previously proposed a new way to improve the security of existing differential privacy. However, too much noisy information is difficult to use and is less efficient in adding noise. So we propose a new secure differential privacy scheme that adds a 1-bit field at the end of the column of a given dataset in the database to further improve efficiency while maintaining the characteristics of preventing collusion.
